How do I sign up for the rewards program?
You can sign up online HERE or at any of our dispensary locations by providing your email and other required information to your budtender.
How do I earn points?
You earn points for every dollar you spend at our dispensary. For example, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent before tax is added on.
What can I redeem my points for?
Points can be redeemed for cash off on future purchases. Currently, 100 points is equivalent to $3 off. High Haven reserves the right to change the rewards program at any point. Please read the full disclaimer at the bottom of the page.
How do I redeem my points?
- Points can be redeemed at checkout. Simply let the budtender know you’d like to use your points, and they will apply the discount to your purchase.
Do my points expire?
No, points do not expire.
Can I use my points with other discounts or promotions?
Yes! Feel free to choose a great deal and drop those points!
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. The more you shop, the more points you accumulate.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder who earned them.
Can I redeem points at any location?
Yes, points can be redeemed at any of our dispensary locations.
Do I need to bring my rewards card to earn or redeem points?
No physical card is necessary. Your points are tracked digitally, and you can earn or redeem them using your account information at checkout.
What happens if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you used points on the purchase, those points will be returned to your account.
Can I check my points balance?
Yes, you can check your points balance online through your account or by asking a budtender at any of our dispensary locations.
Can I join the rewards program if I’m an out-of-state visitor?
Yes, out-of-state visitors who meet the legal age requirement can join the program and earn points, but state purchase limits will apply.
Can the rewards program be changed or discontinued?
Yes, the dispensary reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time, with or without notice.
