Tell any budtender “I’d like to join High Rollers.” They’ll grab your name and phone.
③ Start Earning
You’re in. Points apply to that visit and every visit after — across all four locations.

Is the High Rollers Club really free?
Yes. Zero membership fee, zero minimum spend, zero strings. Sign up, start earning, redeem when you’re ready.
How do I earn points?
Make a qualifying purchase at any High Haven location (or Aces in Plainfield). Once you’ve been enrolled in-store and your phone number is linked, points accrue automatically on every purchase from that point forward.
Can I use my points across all locations?
Yes. The program is fully unified — your points earned in Darien work in Elgin, Normal, and Plainfield. One account, four stores.
How do I redeem my points?
At checkout, ask any budtender to apply your points. They’ll show you the discount before you confirm. We’re working on enabling redemption in online orders too — for now, points redeem in-person.
Can I combine points with daily deals?
In most cases yes. A few promotional offers are exclusive — your budtender will always recommend the combination that saves you the most.
Do points expire?
Points stay active as long as you make a qualifying purchase at least once per 12 months. We’ll notify you well before any balance changes.
Where can I check my point balance?
Ask any budtender on your next visit — they can pull up your balance instantly using your phone number. A self-serve member dashboard is on our roadmap.
